We ship only jewelry to Canada.
Unfortunately, we no longer ship jewelry boxes, ring boxes or clocks to our
Canada customers. We found some manufacturers simply do not package
their products well enough for the item to arrive in perfect condition.

This delivery service is advertised by the US Postal Service as an approximate 6-10 day delivery service however it is NOT guaranteed to arrive in this time frame.  We strongly recommend that you allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to avoid disappointment because of the time required to go through customs.  (Production time or the time it takes an item to leave our store is NOT included in this time frame.)

to a Canada address, you agree to these terms: 

  • Credit card must be Canada or USA issued.  All prices are in USA dollars.

    Important: Shipping fees apply to ALL orders shipping to Canada ... orders that indicate they ship free to a USA address are charged a flat fee of $15.  If not automatically added before you check out, the fees above will be applied when we begin processing your order.     

  • Delivery Method- US Registered Mail* ONLY.  This is the only method of shipping accepted by the US Postal Service for jewelry shipping to Canada.  See below.  The US Postal Service states this delivery method takes approximately 6-10 days but is not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame.  We strongly recommend that you allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to avoid disappointment because of the time required to get through customs.  Remember to ADD the production time or the time indicated it takes an item to leave our store.  All orders are shipped insured and we use our private insurer... insurance fees do not appear on the shipping label!
     

  • IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc.  On the advice of the Canada Border Services Agency, we do not collect these fees from you before we ship.  So you are required to pay upon receipt of your order... this is to prevent any confusion or customers having to pay these taxes twice, then having to apply for a refund.

    These taxes usually include-

    • GST- A Goods and Services Tax of 6%.

    • PST- A Provincial Sales Tax of 7% to 8% in most Canadian provinces.

    • HST- A Harmonized Sales Tax of 14%- GST & PST combined- collected by some provinces.

    • A luxury tax also applies to jewelry made outside Canada, the United States and Mexico.

    • A $5 mail fee may apply if the CBSA is unable to track a registered package at the CanadaPost.com online site.
