Ways to Order From This Store
Note: We currently only ship to USA and Canada addresses
and accept USA or Canada issued credit cards. All prices are in US dollars. We
require all orders be in writing to help prevent any errors... we do NOT
accept any telephone orders. See below
for information on delivery to military addresses or Post Office box
numbers.

ONLINE
using the forms provided... this is the fastest way to order and this
is a secure site. You will notice the paddle lock when you reach
the billing information page where you enter your sensitive billing
information. The billing information page address starts with
(https://www." which is a secure page.

EMAIL
but do NOT include your credit card number.
Email us your complete billing/shipping address and your complete
order excluding your credit card number. Be sure to
include both your billing address phone number and daytime telephone
number (if different) so we can reach you. (Put both phone numbers in
the one box provided or in the comments box. We will call for
your credit card information.

FAX your complete
order and billing/shipping information to

Note that this number is both a fax and message number so a message
will first play and then your fax will be accepted/received.
Printable FAX Order Form: If you make all of your selections
online and click on the "order" button, the item will be added to the
shopping cart. Click on "Go to Checkout" or "Check Out Now" and
after selecting whether the order is shipping to Michigan or another
state, there is an option you can select called "Order by Credit Card
using FAX". You can complete the form, then print it up and fax
it to us.

selecting whether the order is shipping to Michigan or another state,
there is an option you can select called "Order by Check/Money Order
through Postal Mail" or "Order by Credit Card through Postal Mail".

Deliveries to Post Office
Boxes: We telephone the issuing bank for each order we receive and
verify that delivery is to the credit card holder's billing address. We
understand that many areas only have delivery to post office box numbers.
If you have a post office box number and the credit card company verifies
that this is indeed your address, we generally have no problem sending an
order to a P.O. box number via RESTRICTED delivery which requires
identification.
Note: UPS will not usually deliver to P.O. boxes.
Delivery to APO addresses:
We welcome orders with delivery to APO and FPO addresses. Your APO or FPO
address must be that on file with your bank. It usually
takes longer for delivery to a military address. Note that
delivery generally takes longer, occasionally much longer, than what the
Post Office advertises for the States. Sorry, Reed and Barton, Chelsea,
Ansonia and RaGar items are not
deliverable to military addresses because they ship via UPS.
