My Little Twinkle Pendants are available in 14k yellow gold, 14k white gold or sterling silver with genuine birthstones... a few created (man-made) varieties are also available.  Pictured here in sterling silver with optional pendant chain #SSK-Heavier-18.  Each stacking pendant measures approximately 3/4" tall x 1.7mm wide at the narrowest top measurement.  A unique double-ended loop allows you to flip the pendant for more stacking options... bottom set stones flip so they can be worn at the top. MUST HAVE 3 OR MORE ON A CHAIN OR THEY WILL FLIP TO THE SIDE.
