~ STEP BY STEP MOTHER'S JEWELRY ORDERING ~

1. Decide whether you would like genuine or simulated stones.  Some collections have separate order pages for genuine stones and simulated stones... others offer them on the same page. Visit the appropriate product page.

2. The first option box located on the order page usually offers the number of stones, the gold quality and the price for each option. This price may be the base price if genuine stones are to be added.

3. The next option box is usually the gold color... you will usually be able to select from yellow or white in the karat gold you selected in the previous option box. (Note that "gold color" refers to the color of the karat gold all the way through.)

4. Now select the ring size, if applicable. Some mfrs. charge for different finger sizes and pricing will be shown next to the size if this applies.  Please note that other sizes may be available... contact us if you ring size is not listed.

5. View the stone placement chart for the total number of stones you selected and decide how you would like your item set up.  Numbers are shown in the diagram and we call these "Stone Position or Placement Numbers".

6. Now select the placement of your stones starting with Position #1.  Note that genuine stones are often priced separately and are added to the base price of the item. To determine if the price of each genuine stone is to be added, click on the Stone Position #1 option box to see if pricing is shown.  (We do offer a couple of collections that include any number of genuine stones possible already included in the base price... others are priced individually.)  Personalized items also require that you select a name or date to be engraved on it...just type the name in the box provided for the corresponding stone.

7. Click "ORDER" and verify your order instructions and quantity once it is in the shopping cart.

8. If you would like to add a chain to a pendant purchase, you will find a link to the optional chain selection on the shopping cart page with your order. Click that link and select the chain desired.

9. Complete the order process by selecting the payment method and whether we will be shipping to a Michigan address. (Note that when payment by check or money order is selected, payment must arrive at our Traverse City store before the order can be placed.) Complete the secure billing information page with the requested information.   Be sure your email address supplied is correct and will accept email from us. Click "SUBMIT" and your order will be charged and sent to us for placement. You will automatically receive a copy of your order and order number via email after your order has been successfully placed.
