Once the order is placed with the manufacturer it is not cancelable and you may. If you have any questions, be sure to ask before you order... we are here to assist you. We generally ship the items in this collection within about 2-3 weeks PLUS delivery time to you. Samples are available for all items in this collection... if in doubt, order a sample before you purchase.  Most family jewelry items pictured in this selection are samples set with simulated stones.  Many pictures are enlarged to show detail but stone and jewelry measurements are provided to help you determine the actual size.  A millimeter to inches guide is provided on each product page.  Below is a list of stones set in this collection of family rings, pendants and bracelets.

Stone Addition Availability: Stone "additions" are possible (up to the maximum number indicated) if the design is still in production at the time this service is required. Styles may be discontinued without prior notice. Your old setting is almost always traded-in for a new one with the new stone addition(s)... you do not get you old ring back. Pricing depends upon when service is required and what stone or stones need to be added. Contact us for pricing.

The items in this collection ship FREE via US Priority Mail to a USA address. This shipping method is an approximate 3-5 day delivery service once it has left our store. Signature is required for delivery. Shipping upgrade is available however please note that the approximate 2-3 week production time STILL applies.

This collection offers "Commercial Grade" stones only. which may be more cloudy and may also be lighter in color. This mfr. only sets this one grade of stones.

Mother's Family Rings & Pendants

This collection offers a standard commercial grade of gemstones which is most noticeable in the rubies and emeralds which are cloudy.  Other semi-precious stones have nice color.

Pluses: Nice selection of pendants; pierced writing/symbols on sides of some rings/slides; ships in a reasonable time frame. Most other genuine stones are decent.
Minuses: Larger Rubies & Emeralds generally have a fair color but are cloudy/included. Some settings and shanks are light weight.

This manufacturer will allow stone additions at a later date if the style is available at that time. See each product for the maximum number of stones allowable.  There is a fee for this service plus shipping charges.  The original piece is traded-in for a new setting with the new stone additions added... you do not get your old ring back.   Contact us for pricing.

Our online pictures of the items in this collection are of the base metal samples we have in our store that are set with simulated stones.
