• If a "Free Gift Coupon" does not appear in your shopping cart after you've added the item, a free gift coupon is NOT included with the purchase of that particular item.

• Gift coupon is mailed at the time your order is shipped. 

  • If your order is shipping to the credit card holder, it will be enclosed with your order. 

  • If your order is shipping to an alternate address, it will be mailed to the credit card holder's billing address via First Class US Mail.

• Gift coupon is issued in the name of the purchaser only (credit card holder, not the recipient) and is non-transferrable.  Delivery of merchandise ordered using this coupon will only ship to the credit card holder's billing address we have on file from the original order. This safety is in place to prevent unauthorized use of the gift coupon. We will not ship to any other address... NO EXCEPTIONS. In other words, the gift coupon is for the purchaser only and merchandise ordered with the gift coupon will ship to the billing address on the original order.

• If the item that qualified you for this gift coupon is returned, the gift coupon will be voided. 

• If a free gift coupon is used but the item that qualified you for this coupon is returned, the used portion of the gift coupon will be deducted from the return credit.  The gift coupon then becomes void regardless of any amount remaining.

• Gift coupon may not be applied to a previous purchase.

• Gift coupon may be used one time only and then becomes void.

• Gift coupon may not be duplicated.

• Gift coupon will become void one year (1 year) from the date it was issued.  After the expiration date, the coupon has no value.

• Multiple gift coupons issued to the same person/address may be combined.

• All online terms apply to purchases made with a gift coupon however items may not be returned for a cash refund or credit.

• Shipping fees cannot be added to a gift coupon... if an item doesn't ship free, you are still responsible for the shipping fee.
