EXPRESS Shipping Method & Fees

  • Shipping fees on this page are for deliveries in the USA only.  Express delivery orders ship via US Express Mail if shipping from our Traverse City, Michigan store.  If items are being drop shipped from the manufacturer, they may ship via UPS & FedEx to a contiguous USA street address only.

  • Signature required for all deliveries. 

  • Shipping and packaging fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

EXPRESS RESTRICTIONS

  • EXPRESS DELIVERY ONLY SPEEDS UP ACTUAL DELIVERY SERVICE TIME... ALL PRODUCTION TIMES OR THE "TIME TO SHIP" AN ITEM STILL APPLIES.

  • Delivery to a Post Office box number or an address other than the credit card holders is by restricted delivery via US Priority Mail only. Express Mail delivery may not be available to these addresses.  

  • Deliveries to APO and FPO address MAY take longer... the 1-2 day guaranteed time frame does not apply.

  • IMPORTANT EXCLUSIONS: Express delivery fees indicated below do NOT apply to Reed & Barton, RaGar, or trinket boxes.  You will only delay your order if this method is selected.  If you need a faster shipping option for these items, contact us for pricing... higher fees apply due to the weight of these items.


EXPRESS Delivery to USA Addresses-

  • Express Delivery:
    Insured US Express Mail- This is a guaranteed delivery service provided by the US Postal Service. Delivery must be attempted within 1 to 2 days (see USPS restrictions). Most areas only offer services Monday through Saturday with Sunday and holiday exclusions. All production times and times to actually ship still apply. If delivery is not attempted in this time frame, your shipping fee is refunded.

    • Drop Shipments- 
    Orders shipped directly from our manufacturers usually ship FedEx Second Day or UPS Three Day Select or faster.
     

  • To upgrade the shipping method of mothers jewelry that specifically states it ships free to a USA street address...
         You will be unable to change the free shipping method in the shopping cart for items that specifically state they ship free. However you can upgrade to Express by using the form at this address- click here.

 
"Generally ships in..." This is the approximate time it takes to ship and is usually provided on the order page and also in the shopping cart once an item has been added.  Time to ship or production Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
